Mon objectif dans un laps de temps court est la diffusion (sous forme de son clair) des patterns de harassement numérisés comme il devrait être facile de les scanner de chez moi et/ou à coté de moi.
J'ai besoin d'aide pour celà. SVP ......
Les perdus me visent jour et nuits avec des armes à energie dirigée et sons (paroles) subvocaux clairs et donc sans doute facilement amplifiables (rehaussable ?) avec peu de moyens financiers que je n'ai même plus... . Avec une radio all mode (rf+opt) usb et software ? Dans l'informatique avec un SDR Software defined radio( pour scanner les ports et un gate (OSINT ?). Je ne suis pas compétant dans ces matières, et pas de temps LIBRE...

Negotiations Between Terrorists and Governments. Role of Game Theory in Eliminating Terrorism...
Summary:
This article focuses on evaluating the two primary categories of counter-terrorism policies, the offensive and defensive counter-terrorism policies. The authors explain why most countries rely on defensive efforts rather than offensive activities. According to the authors’ game theory is an extremely useful methodology to examine terrorism because it demonstrates strategic interactions of opposing interests of terrorists and the governments being targeted. Game theory characterizes interfaces among terrorists and their targets based on offensive and defensive activities between both parties. Game theory can be applied to negotiations between terrorists and governments.

Je suis toujours sans contact au niveau de cette affaire, voici cinq articles qui résument la situation exécrable dans laquelle des ordures m'ont mis (me mettent). Ce travail est 3 ans d'enfer pendant lesquels j'ai rencontré d'autres victimes laissées sans aides.
Je n'ai toujours pas pu avoir le moindre papier ni contact qui me permettrais d'avoir le support d'un criminologue spécialiste comme Nicolas Desurmont. Le support de mes assurances.
Je suis scientifique de formation, l'effort surhumain que j'ai déployé pour fournir ces informations de qualité pendants que ces bâtards m'ont tout détruits mériterais que le peu d'aide dont j'ai besoin me soit octroyé, que les contacts me soit facilités. La situation est invivable.
Le 6 octobre 2012, Je me suis rendu à un meeting à l'université de Ghent organisé parhttp://icaact.org/. (Jesse Beltram, Barrie Trowers -ex MI5 special agent, Dr. John Hall's, Lars Drudgaard, Melanie Vritschan ...)
L'université mettait aimablement ses locaux et sa chambre anéchoique à notre diposition et deux spécialistes étrangers équipés du matériel de mesure had-oc et bien sur breveté et calibré ont effectués les mesures.
Les résultats montrent que je suis visé "accroché" au niveau des tempes gauches et droites par une arme a énergie dirigée emettant du silent sound sur une fréquence très précise(chiffres exacts et vidéo de la séance de mesure disponible).
Nous étions une douzaine pour lesquels les mesures étaient positives ainsi que quelques temoins.
Cette technique de harassment verbal se nome "voice to skull". "

Je suis toujours sans contacts nationaux au niveau de cette affaire, voici cinq articles qui résument la situation excécrable dans laquelle des ordures m'ont mis (me mettent). Ce travail est 3 ans d'enfer pendant lesquels j'ai rencontré et je suis en contact avec bcp d'autres victimes laissées sans aides.
Je suis scientifique de formation, l'effort surhumain que j'ai déployé pour fournir ces informations de qualité pendants que ces bâtards m'ont tout détruits mériterais que le peu d'aide dont j'ai besoin me soit octroyé, que les contacts me soit facilités. La situation est invivable.

L'université mettait aimablement ses locaux et sa chambre anéchoique à notre diposition et deux spécialistes étrangers équipés du matériel de mesure had-oc et bien sur breveté et calibré ont effectués les mesures.
Les résultats montrent que je suis visé "accroché" au niveau des tempes gauches et droites par une arme a énergie dirigée emettant du silent sound sur une fréquence très précise(chiffres exacts et vidéo de la séance de mesure disponible).
Nous étions une douzaine pour lesquels les mesures étaient positives ainsi que quelques temoins.
Cette technique de harassment verbal se nome "voice to skull". "

I think it is the same…..I know that it is very virulent
I think that belgium is EMITTING on the entire band of the subvocal (with a LA = coil to make P300 waves full range + heterodyne )….and maybe that band is relayed (there are several clues that suggests to me that)…..

After what I’ve read, the wideband is the perfect ground for the mixing of different kinds of waves to transmit the results discreetly and be compatible with the computer.
